YOGA STRENGTH

SCULPT, STRENGTHEN, BALANCE AND EXHILARATE THE BODY

This rigorous class offers strength postures that will have you moving, breathing and sweating! This class focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support you in more advanced postures. Yoga sculpt strengthens, balances and exhilarates the body and mind. Light weights are used for a full body lift. Plyometrics are part of the practice. This class is a balance of both strength and conditioning as well as a slow flow vinyasa. High intensity class! All levels are welcome, modifications are offered.

YOGA STRENGTH

A class where we continuously move through our position with a Flow, working with Strength and Balance in combination with Stretching. A 60 min class, Sweaty and Flowing working with mind and body as one.

MEGAYOGA

With MegaYoga you have the best of both worlds – a High Intensity workout and a Grounding Yoga Experience to stretch your muscles and relax your body and mind.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Non-slip grip socks and a water bottle.

  • Yoga Mat, towels for your sweat, towels for your shower and Sachajuan bath products.

  • Arrive between five and 15 minutes before class (only you know how long it takes you to get workout ready but once the class has started we can’t open the studio doors!) If you are new, we recommend you check in at least 15 minutes before the start of your class so we can help you get set up.
