INTRODUCING OUR NEWEST CONCEPT - JUMP

JUMP is a beat-based, low impact, high adrenaline workout that will challenge you both mentally and physically. You will learn a unique combination incorporating explosive jumping combinations and high intensity interval training on and off the trampoline.

JUMP improves Cardiovascular health, Increases strength, and Reduces stress in this 50 Min cardio-based class. Jump to the beat, learn fun combinations and enjoy the burn both on and off the trampoline.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Indoor training shoes & Water bottle.

  • Towels for your sweat and shower and Sachajuan bath products.

  • Arrive between five and 15 minutes before class (only you know how long it takes you to get workout ready but once the class has started we can’t open the studio doors!) If you are new, we recommend you check in at least 15 minutes before the start of your class so we can help you get set up.
