A modern take on traditional barre, our barre classes are designed to sculpt your body, boost your metabolism, and challenge your mind. Through a series of challenging combinations, we strengthen the muscles in your legs, bum, arms and abs to leave you feeling leaner and longer. Our classes use gliders, bands and weighted balls to engage you in a controlled and powerful full-body workout that increases muscle definition, burns body fat and reduces stress.

BARRE

Our signature Barre class is designed to Sculpt your Body, Boost your Metabolism all whilst having some fun “at the Barre.” With challenging combinations, we strengthen the muscles in your Legs, Booty, Arms and Abs to leave you feeling leaner and longer.

BARRE STRENGTH

Unlike a traditional Barre class, Barre Strength focuses on a full body workout without any dancing involved! Posture, Alignment and Firing up the muscles until fatigue are what counts in this intense but effective 60min class.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Non-slip grip socks and a water bottle.

  • Towels for your sweat, towels for your shower, Sachajuan bath products.

  • Arrive between five and 15 minutes before class (only you know how long it takes you to get workout ready but once the class has started we can’t open the studio doors!) If you are new, we recommend you check in at least 15 minutes before the start of your class so we can help you get set up.
