  • I have been instructing group classes since 2009. I have my certificates in Hot Yoga, Svathsa Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. I have taught all over the world: Canada, USA, Germany, France, Brussels, Australia, Thailand and Sweden. So much of my life has been dedicated to supporting individuals on their wellness journey-whether it be through physical movements or though mindful moments. It’s almost like a superpower when the body and breath are in sync.

  • My class style is fun but focused. Forget the rest of your day. Be here, now, with every breath and shaking muscle.

  • When I teach Megaformer it’s all about upbeat rhythms that make you feel good. Classes are tough so let the music help carry you through.

  • I absolutely love Plank to Pike. All your muscles are singing after it. It can be done at any point in class, on any part of the machine and in any direction. It’s magic!
