CAMILLA FRÉDEN

  • I have been working in the dance and fitness industry for the past 20 years since I completed my bachelor’s degree at the University of Dance Stockholm. I became a certified personal trainer and joined The Place Stockholm in 2013. I love to help people reach their goals and to encourage them to make movement a part of their daily routine. My aim is to inspire more movement daily with my clients.

  • Whether it’s your first time with me or you’re a regular client my goal is always to challenge you. My favourite exercises integrate a lot of balance work and with me you’ll find lots of smooth transitions between exercises and a nice flow through my workouts.

    At the Barre, I will challenge you to build strength and flexibility. You don’t need to be a dancer to train with me but one of my missions is to have you leave feeling like one when you’re done!

  • Although I love all kinds of music you will probably recognize some nice beats from the 80s and 90s in my playlist. Anything to give you that extra push of energy needed, that’s what you’ll find!
