  • I’ve been working in the fitness industry since 2009 with a background in dance since the age of 6. For me being a trainer isn’t only to help people to achieve their physical goals, but also working with their mental health along the way. What you think you become, and it is amazing what you can achieve with a positive mindset.

    In my class I will not only push your body, but also your mind into reaching your personal goals. The best part of my job is watching people grow both physically and mentally.

  • My teaching style is always challenging my clients to test their limits! Think sassy and fun but also heavy and challenging. You have no idea how strong you are until you try, and in my class you’ll soon realise your stronger then you think.

  • My go to is techno house which is always a party! Expect soft and mellow in my yoga classes.
