  • I come from a background in sports and spent 10 years working as a professional dancer before transitioning into personal training and group fitness. Movement has always been at the center of what I do—both as expression and performance. Outside the studio, I’m usually training, running, or working on creative projects within film and movement.

  • My classes are designed to challenge both beginners and advanced movers. I focus on full-body movement—twisting, bending, pulsing, and of course holding. It’s about building strength while staying connected to the body. I aim to push you through the hard moments and lift you up when you feel like quitting.


  • I play a mix of hip hop, house, and techno—high BPM with powerful beats. The class is built like a journey, where the music drives the energy from start to finish.
