Canadian-born and now happily living in Sweden, I bring 13 years of experience as a professional trainer, with an extensive background in group fitness and studio life.
I definitely practice what I preach when it comes to training - but outside the studio, I’m a bit of a homebody. You’ll usually find me enjoying a cozy night with my cat Marvin (also Canadian!) or spending time with family and friends.
After more than a decade of coaching thousands of people, I’m still incredibly grateful that I get to do what I love every day.

I believe the combination of music and movement can push you further than you ever thought possible. My goal is simple: everyone who takes my class should leave feeling stronger, happier, healthier - and a whole lot sweatier than when they walked in.
RIDE:
A 45-minute, sweat-soaked dance party on a bike! Expect big energy, carefully curated tracks, and plenty of resistance. I love the endurance and speed of traditional cycling, but I’m equally passionate about strength - so expect to push, climb, and get seriously strong while you ride.MEGAFORMER:
A 50-minute full-body workout designed to make you shake - in the best way! As a certified strength coach, I come with a strong understanding of anatomy and movement. My focus is on working the right muscles, with intentional movement and form. -
RIDE:
House is my love language - but expect a little 90s hip-hop and 2000s Top 40 bangers thrown into the mix. My motto: a strong beat will make you move your feet!MEGAFORMER:
Deep house, always. I love a deep, steady beat that helps you find your rhythm, stay connected to the movement, and allows you to get lost in the workout. For me, the right BPM can help settle you into the slow movement that Megaformer requires. -
RIDE:
Pumps & Dips, baby!MEGAFORMER:
Laying Cable Leg Press. The burn is chef’s kiss.
