50 minutes of high-intensity, low-impact, slow & controlled resistance based movements. Classes are intense, deliberately designed to work your muscles to the max. Whilst it may resemble other Pilates classes, we assure you it's unlike any workout you’ve ever experienced. Each movement is built upon a plank, squat, or lunge, with a array of variations designed to help strengthen your entire body. With deliberately small class sizes, each client can receive personalized attention and support from their coach throughout the class.
