WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY CLASS?

You can cancel up to 12 hours before the class start time and still keep your credit. However, if you cancel less than 12 hours before the class, the credit will be removed from your account. (Sorry, but we like a full, fun room!)



WILL I LOSE MY CREDITS IF I DON’T SHOW UP FOR CLASS?

Since we really, really want a full room, you will lose your credit if you don’t show up to class. This applies to both class packages or single class credits. Think of it as an incentive...



DO YOUR CLASSES HAVE A WAITLIST?

If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, first purchase a class or series. If you don’t get a spot in the class, the class credit will of course be returned to your account. If a spot opens up, you’ll be added to the class and receive an email confirmation.






HOW DO I CHECK IF I’M ON THE WAITLIST?

To check your waitlist status, log in to your account, select ‘My Info’ and click ‘My Schedule’. If you got into the class it will say ‘WAITLIST UNCONFIRMED’. If you change your mind, be sure to remove yourself or let us know and we’ll cancel your reservation straightaway.



CAN I PURCHASE A 30-DAY UNLIMITED PACKAGE?

Yes! The 30-Day Unlimited package allows you to workout 1 class per day all 30 days of the month.
